About

MOPS stands for "Mothers of Preschoolers" and is an international organization operated by moms to support moms.  MOPS mission is to encourage, equip and help women to become the best moms they can be.  Murphy MOPS is welcoming to all women and provides mentoring, leadership development, conversation with peers, relevant teaching and creative activities during the meetings.  

This is the 1st year for Murphy MOPS and although we are learning as we go - we hope to be a success...and by success, if we can provide at least one mom and family with support and spiritual growth, that is a success. 


We will be meeting on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month starting on September 17, 2015.  Our meetings will be held in the new building at Little Brasstown Baptist Church. 

We will be working through the "Fierce Flourishing" guidebook over the course of the next nine months and learning to find beauty in the everyday world right in front of us, but that we are sometimes too busy to notice.
